My car is not accelerating like normal definitely have less power taking off. When I really give it has my rpms climb but then start jerking around and I can feel like car start to sputter. Anyone have an ideas?

Your transmission is slipping in 1st or 2nd gear. Start saving your money for an overhaul or sell it. The transmission will probably last only another 5,000 to 10,000 miles. Fluid and filter changes and transmission flushes do not help the problem.
Your symptoms are common on the GM vehicles with the 4t60e and 4t65e transmissions (like the grand prix) when they get up above 100k miles ----- for more info, search google for "grand prix transmission shudder" or "4t65e shudder"
and you will see what others have done about it

If the engine starts to rev u while driving, your tranny is shot. You could check the fluid level & make sure it is full but if you let it get to the point to where it is low & slipping, that is really hard on the clutch paks. Not designed to slip
